    About Rodney Malpert

    Recognized Business Immigration Authority

    Throughout his career, Rodney Malpert has leveraged substantial experience in business-immigration law to assist client companies and educate legal professionals. He has authored the loose-leaf treatises entitled Business Immigration Law: Forms and Filings and Business Immigration Law: Strategies for Employing Foreign Nationals, both of which are updated annually, and served as an editor of American Immigration Lawyers Association publications. A former adjunct professor of immigration law, Rodney Malpert has also presented at meetings of the American Council on International Personnel, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the World Economic Forum.

    An actively practicing business immigration attorney, Rodney Malpert has served as a partner in the firm of Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP, since 2008. Charged with management of the firm’s Phoenix office, he also assumes an active role in the Los Angeles and Silicon Valley offices. Mr. Malpert comes to his work having managed the U.S. immigration practice at Littler Mendelson P.C., where he served as shareholder, before which time he oversaw global immigration as a senior counsel with Texas Instruments.
